What does an IVR call cost?

The price of a call is calculated out of its length. As much time the robot was speaking with your customer as much you will pay. So if a call was missed, you will not pay at all. Usually, the price for one IVR call is no higher than $0,60. Check all number of options by using the trial balance you got after registration.

What do the IVR options cost?

Our service offers two types of response recognition – by keystrokes or by voice. The IVR by keystrokes is free, the IVR by voice cost 0,014$ for one keyword recognition. Although speech recognition is a paid option it is much more effective – through our tests, we learn that it increases conversion 3,5 times.

Can your robot convert text to speech?

Yes, you can choose this option in the unit “Audio clip for mailing”. Enter the message you need to send to your customers and the robot will make an audio clip out of it with by male or female voice. It is possible to listen to the generated audio clip in advance and correct details.
