All you need is to make an account. After registration, every client gets a test balance to check all opportunities before starting the first campaign. The personal manager will watch over you and be ready to help whenever you need it.
How to voice your message over
You can hire a Voice Actor to make an audio, do it by yourself, or ask our managers for help. If you want to make it faster use Effebot capabilities - enter the text you need to voice-over and choose a voice. Advanced technologies will make it sound natural.
Be smart
Leave your time for important things. Make a schedule of calls and the robot will do the rest without extra control. Effebot allows planning broadcasting for 3 days ahead.

What is bulk calls cost?
The calculation of one robocall cost is simple: it depends on how long the robot spoke with a client. The cost per second of a call depends on your country. To calculate the exact price for your country and get a full price list for all countries, please write to us at [email protected]. But if there will be 0 seconds of conversation with a client, you will pay 0 $ for the call.
You can start the first broadcasting using a trial balance and check how much it will cost one call for a task you need to fulfill.
Can your robot convert text to speech (audio)?
Yes, you can use our robot to voice over a message for your clients. You need to select this option when a service asks you to download an audio clip: write the text and choose the type of voice you need for your campaign. You can listen to the clip Effebot made in advance and correct details if you need.
How many of my clients will realize that they are speaking with a robot?
If an audio message has been recorded by a human announcer and the script contains only closed questions and correct keywords it possibly will be only 5%. You can ask our managers for advice and cases or ask them to make such a script for your particular task.
How much time does it take to initialize bulk calls?
It takes about 3 minutes to make a simple broadcasting with a promotion message. More complex scripts will take more time.
After you press “Start mailing” the robot will begin to call after 5-30 minutes. Our moderators use this time to check if your audio clip does not contain illegal information – the length of the procedure depends on the number of audio clips and how long they are.
You also have an opportunity to make a schedule for your broadcasting – it will start according to your plan.
How many numbers Effebot can call in an hour?
Our robot can make from 80 to 5 800 calls in an hour. You can choose the outgoing speed in “Advanced settings”. You can also ask your personal manager to increase the speed for a particular task – the maximum possible rate can be around 300 00 calls per one hour.
What the difference between Effebot service and SMS/E-mail messages?
When you use SMS or E-mail mailings you pay for each message, no matter if it reached the customer or did not. Using Effebot you pay only for the result – the cost will depend on how many calls were successful.
Calls are also much more effective than text and with our robot it is more profitable.

Can your robot send an SMS message to a client?
Yes, just use this option when you set up the Voice menu for your broadcasting. The robot can send an SMS when a client pressed a particular button on the phone or said a keyword.
