What is bulk calls cost?

The main part of a call’s cost is its length. As much time did the robot spend speaking with your client as much will be the price. The cost per second of a call depends on your country. To calculate the exact price for your country and get a full price list for all countries, please write to us at But if a conversation did not happen you will not need to pay for it.

Can your robot convert text to speech (audio)?

Yes, you can choose this option in the unit “Audio clip for mailing”. Enter the message you need to send to your customers and the robot will voice it over by male or female voice.
It is possible to listen to the generated audio clip in advance and correct details or type of voice.

How many of my clients will realize that they are speaking with a robot?

It will be only about 5% if:
1) you will use an audio clip that has been recorded by a human announcer,
2) you will make a literate script with closed questions and correct keywords.

How many numbers Effebot can call in an hour?

You can select the outgoing speed in “Advanced settings” of your broadcasting. You can choose from 80 to 5 800 calls in an hour. If you need to increase the rate, you can ask your personal manager and he will search for the best option for your task. Our robot limit, for now, is to call 300 000 numbers in one hour.
