WhatsApp is one of the most popular messengers: in 2023 it has more than 2 billion active users around the world. You can use WhatsApp for personal and business tasks — for example, to inform a customer about an order status.
WhatsApp can be even more effective if you combine it with smart calls. Let’s see how you can achieve it through setting up a simple webhook.
1. Scan QR-code through WhatsApp on your mobile. It is the same process you are carrying when you need to connect WhatsApp WEB via a link.
2. You will get a webhook preset with several parameters. You will be able to choose this preset in the voice menu.
While setting up the mailing, choose this webhook and enter the text you want to send in front of the parameter “msg_text”.
Here you can see the table of the main parameters of a webhook. Most of them will be inserted automatically, but the text of the message you have to enter manually.
Key | Meaning |
token | Token you have got after registration in the service |
login | Your name (login) in the system |
msg_text | Text you need to deliver to a client |

Pay attention: this integration works through WhatsApp WEB only! If you connect the WhatsApp number, you will not be able to use it on the desktop.
Pay attention: do not use this preset for a webhook at the end of the mailing! If you do so you get your account banned. Please use this preset in the voice menu only.
